Dr. Christopher Mitchell is Director of the Wade Center and holds the Marion E. Wade Chair of Christian Thought at Wheaton College, Illinois. The Marion E. Wade Center is a major research collection of materials by and about seven British authors, including C.S. Lewis. Prior to coming to Wheaton College, he served as a missionary (Haiti, India) and pastor. Mitchell received his M.A. from Wheaton College, and a Ph.D. from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland. In addition to serving as the Director of the Wade Center and teaching theology, Mitchell continues to lecture and teach throughout the USA and abroad.
